Orchid Club/YMCA Class

It’s not too late to join our class at the YMCA! Call or stop into the next class!

From the YMCA website:
We are pleased to work in conjunction with The Orchid Club to provide this new exercise class for caretakers of individuals wit special needs. (This class is yoga based with some extra stretch and relaxation mixed in.) The group meets twice a month January – May. The Orchid Club is an organization for parents raising children with medical or developmental needs, with an emphasis on the early part of the journey. Exercise opportunities are difficult when you can’t leave our child in ChildWatch or with a babysitter, due to developmental or medical needs. This program combines exercise and stress relief for the caregiver while allowing the complex child to be with you in the same room.
